• The welcome bonus can only be received once.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be met to convert bonus balance to cash.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus balance being cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts is prohibited.
• x10bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If a bonus expires, it will be automatically removed.
• Bonuses cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

5.3 VIP Program

x10bet's VIP program has three tiers, and promotion is based on regular play:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. The benefits and special offers differ for each tier.

6. Betting Rules

All gaming activity on the x10bet platform is conducted on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets arising from technical errors may be declared void.
• The outcome of a game in progress at the time of a network disconnection is saved on the server.
• In disputes regarding game rules, x10bet's decision shall be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Separate rules apply for live betting after a match has started.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities
